I can not imagine my life without fish oil. I know that seems pretty strange, but when I first started including fish oil as part of my healthy lifestyle I noticed a huge change in my mood, clarity of thought and speed of recovery at the the gym. I felt happier, I could think more clearly and my memory improved. But, the best part was the pronounced decrease in soreness I felt after workouts and the disappearance of those nagging aches and pains, especially in my joints. Feeling better meant I could go the gym more often, which in turn, made me feel even better and helped me reach my goals fitness even much faster.
