To decide if coaching is right for you, I invite you to schedule a free initial consultation with me.  During our consultation, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.  If you decide Lifestyle coaching is for you…

  • Sessions will last between 45/55 minutes.
  • Cost per session – $75
  • Recommended meeting schedule:
    • Weekly or every other week depending your needs and progress
    • Duration of program averages 6-12 sessions

Functional Movement Coach:

  • Sessions will last between 45/55 minutes.
  • Cost per session – $75
  • Recommended meeting schedule:
    • Minimum 1x per week

  • simple but informative handouts that will help you better understand the links between food, lifestyle, and your body
