Pre & Postnatal Coaching

Prenatal Coaching

My prenatal coaching service provides guidance and support throughout your pregnancy, preparing you for your transition into motherhood.  We will work together to prepare you and your body for birth, as well as establish healthy habits to enhance your postpartum recovery.

One-on-One Private Coaching:

  • Though you should be prepared to move, these are NOT personal training sessions.
  • Sessions will last between 45/55 minutes.
  • Each session will focus on your individual needs and concerns.
  • Recommended meeting schedule:
    • 1x per month during trimesters 1 & 2
    • 2x per month during trimester 3
  • Cost per session – $80

Group Coaching Program (minimum of 3 participants):

  • Though you should be prepared to move, these are NOT group exercise classes.
  • Sessions will last between 60/75 minutes.
  • Each session will focus on your changing needs:
    • Nutrition
    • Exercise & Modifications
    • Physical & Emotional
  • Recommended meeting schedule:
    • 1x during trimester 1 (if you feel comfortable doing so)
    • 1x during trimester 2 (ideally between weeks 14-18)
    • 2x during trimester 3 (ideally between weeks 28 – 32 and again after week 36)
  • Cost for the entire program – $150, a la carte sessions $45 each

Postnatal Fitness Coaching

My postnatal fitness coaching service is appropriate for both new and seasoned moms.  We will work together to help your body best recover from the physical demands of pregnancy and birth, no matter how long ago your baby was born!  Restore optimal core function to avoid or eliminate common aches and pains in the back, hips, shoulders and knees.  Safely strengthen the core to heal diastasic recti, as well as strengthen and restore the pelvic floor to avoid or eliminate common “body after baby” problems like leaking.

One-on-One Private Coaching:

  • Though you should be prepared to move, these are NOT personal training sessions.
  • Sessions will last between 45/55 minutes.
  • Recommended meeting schedule:
    • Weekly or every other week depending your needs and progress
    • Duration of program averages 6-10 sessions
  • Cost per session – $80

Group Coaching Program (minimum of 3 participants):

  • Though you should be prepared to move, these are NOT group exercise classes.
  • Each program will run 1x per week for 6 weeks.
  • Sessions will last between 45/55 minutes.
  • Cost for the entire program – $200
  • Non-mobile infants are always welcome!
  • You must be cleared at your 6 week check by your OB/GYN or Midwife to participate in a group series.
