but we need some help!

As many of you know, I am a competitive CrossFitter.  And, yes, that does mean I exercise competitively.  🙂  Right now, in regions all over the world, other competitive cross fitters are exercising their hardest to earn a spot to compete in the CrossFit Games.

My team – CrossFit Route 1 – has earned a bid to compete in the NorthEast Regionals May 25 – 27 at Reebok Headquarters in Canton, MA and we are working hard to make the community proud, and perhaps, make it back the the CrossFit Games.   But, we need some help.  Please visit the link below, and if you can, support the CrossFit Route 1 team!
